Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Director based anywhere in India. The Social Media Director will lead the strategic planning and execution of social media campaigns to drive community engagement and grow Earth’s ToolKit’s online presence. Responsibilities include creating content strategies, overseeing social media optimization (SMO), managing public relations initiatives, and building communication plans to raise awareness of grassroots sustainability. The role involves close collaboration with the team to craft narratives aligned with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Some kind of experience in Social Media Marketing to grow and engage online audiences effectively.
• Proficient in Content Strategy and developing impactful campaigns to drive the organization’s mission.
• Communication and Public Relations skills to convey the organization's message and engage with the targeted audience.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, climate action, or environmental campaigns is a strong plus.
• If the candidate is still in school, that's perfectly alright. Most of the board comprises 16-17 year olds.
