About the Role
We are looking for creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media & Digital Strategists who can manage our brand’s complete digital presence end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, content planning expertise, and the ability to translate insights into high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage end-to-end social media operations across all platforms
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Plan engaging, trend-driven, and conversion-focused content
• Work closely with design, performance, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Track, analyze, and report content performance, insights, and growth metrics
• Identify what’s working / what’s not and optimize strategy accordingly
• Maintain brand consistency, visual aesthetics, and tone of voice
• Drive community engagement and audience growth
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and competitor activities

Senior Role:
• 5+ years in Social Media / Digital Strategy
• Proven experience in scaling brands and driving performance through content
Junior Role:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of content planning, trends, and platform basics
