At Axis Consultants, we're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
🎨 Design engaging social media creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
🎥 Edit high-quality reels and short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
📅 Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars.
✍️ Write engaging captions and create content that aligns with current trends.
📈 Learn and implement SEO techniques, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
🔍 Research competitors, industry trends, and viral content ideas.
📊 Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
🤝 Work closely with the marketing team on branding, campaigns, and creative projects.
💡 Brainstorm fresh content ideas and contribute to marketing strategies.
Who We're Looking For
✅ Experienced Candidates with 2+ years of industry experience (Experience in service-related industries is a bonus)
✅ Good knowledge of Canva.
✅ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
✅ Strong reel/video editing skills with an eye for storytelling.
✅ Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
✅ Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and current social media trends.
✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail.
✅ Good communication and writing skills.
✅ Ability to work from the office during the specified working hours.
✅ Someone who is proactive, takes ownership, and is willing to learn every day.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience managing a social media page.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
Basic photography or videography skills.
A portfolio showcasing your designs, reels, or creative projects.
