About the Role

Solvigen GmbH, a Germany-based company engaged in international collaboration, innovation, trade, and investment initiatives, is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Manager.

The selected candidate will work closely with the leadership team to transform provided ideas, speeches, notes, and strategic materials into high-quality digital content and professional social media campaigns.

The role focuses on building strong digital visibility, audience engagement, and qualified lead generation through structured content strategy and professional storytelling.

Content will be produced in Hindi and English and targeted toward professional, business, and policy audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Video Production
  • Transform provided ideas, speeches, and written material into engaging digital content.
  • Produce short-form videos, reels, explainers, and visual storytelling content.
  • Perform video editing, subtitles, captions, and voice-over production where required.
  • Write scripts, captions, and digital narratives in Hindi and English.
  • Convert long-form materials into short, high-impact content formats.
Social Media Management

Manage and publish content across key platforms including:

  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • X
  • Facebook
  • Threads

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a content calendar
  • Scheduling and publishing posts
  • Monitoring engagement and responding appropriately
  • Maintaining consistent brand communication
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Design and implement content-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Support lead generation through digital platforms.
  • Improve:

  • Lead conversion
Content Research & Strategy
  • Conduct research on relevant topics, industry trends, and audience interests.
  • Identify themes aligned with international business, investment, technology, and policy dialogue.
  • Monitor competitor and industry content strategies.
SEO & Digital Optimization
  • Apply basic SEO practices to digital content.
  • Conduct keyword and hashtag research.
  • Improve discoverability of social and website content.
Website & Digital Platforms
  • Assist in updating website content and landing pages.
  • Coordinate content updates with technical teams where required.
  • Support digital content integration across company platforms.
CRM & Lead Management
  • Track digital leads generated through campaigns.
  • Maintain lead records using CRM tools.
  • Support follow-up workflows and lead conversion tracking.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Track and report performance metrics including:

  • Audience growth
  • Engagement rate
  • Content reach
  • Lead generation
  • Campaign performance

Provide periodic performance reports and improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & CompetenciesCore Skills

Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may substitute formal education.

Experience
