Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor, based in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
The role involves managing YOJAK’s social media platforms, creating engaging visual and video content, and documenting the impact of the organization’s work. The candidate will be responsible for designing posts, editing videos, planning content calendars, and ensuring consistent and meaningful communication across social media channels.
The role will also require travelling to project locations to capture photos and videos of field activities and beneficiary success stories, and converting them into compelling social media content such as reels, short documentaries, and storytelling posts.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage YOJAK’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media content calendars
• Design creative graphics and posts for social media
• Capture photos and videos of field activities and success stories
• Travel to project locations when required to document impact stories
• Edit videos for reels, short videos, and storytelling content
• Maintain branding consistency and visual identity
• Track engagement and suggest improvements for better reach and impact

Qualifications
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Skills in Graphic Design, Branding, and Typography
• Experience in video shooting and video editing
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content formats
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to field locations
• Relevant education or experience in Graphic Design, Media, Communication, or related fields is preferred
