What we’re looking for ✨

A designer who can think, not just decorate.

You should bring together creativity, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and speed, and know when to lean into each. We love ideas that look good and make sense.

You’ll thrive here if you can:

• Present research-backed ideas and explain why something works, not just how it looks
• Manage end-to-end projects independently, from concept to final delivery
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints
• Design a wide range of brand assets including templates, pitch decks, lookbooks, posters, packaging, and digital collaterals
• Create high-impact social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest (posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, thumbnails)
• Communicate clearly with both teammates and clients
• Deliver solid output even when timelines are tight
• Bring a team-first mindset and enjoy collaborating, brainstorming, and refining ideas together

Experience 📌

• 3–5 years of agency experience is a must. You’ve seen enough briefs, feedback rounds, and deadlines to handle them with confidence.
