Role Description The Social Media Curator at Yauna Wellness will manage and curate content across the brand’s social media platforms, ensuring a consistent, engaging and community focused presence. This full time, on site role based in Mumbai involves planning content calendars, selecting and organizing posts, coordinating visuals and writing captions aligned with Yauna’s voice and philosophy. The Social Media Curator will interact with the online community by responding to comments and messages, facilitating conversations around skincare rituals, and highlighting educational content about ingredients and routines. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on audience insights and platform trends.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in social media content curation, caption writing and basic copyediting for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in content planning, editorial calendaring and alignment of posts with brand storytelling and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in community engagement, online customer interaction and managing comments and direct messages with a respectful, inclusive tone.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic analytics interpretation, tracking engagement metrics, and using insights to refine content choices.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaborating with design and marketing teams, coordinating assets, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
- Familiarity with skincare or wellness brands, and interest in ingredients, rituals, and skin education is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfort with Indian cultural and digital context is preferred.
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content coordination, and a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Media) is advantageous.
