About the Role
As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will own the brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. You'll ideate, produce, and publish content that drives engagement, grows our follower base, and converts audiences into loyal customers blending creativity with a data-driven strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across all social media platforms
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, and short-form videos
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored to each platform's tone and audience
- Monitor trends, viral moments, and algorithm changes to keep content fresh and discoverable
- Manage community engagement respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions promptly
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams on campaign launches and brand initiatives
- Run and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track performance
- Analyze platform analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify and manage influencer/creator partnerships and UGC opportunities
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all channels
Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing Instagram content, Reels, and multi-platform campaigns
- Proficiency in video editing tools — CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
- Proficiency in design tools — Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X algorithms
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling and brand voice
- Ability to analyze data using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or native platform insights
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
