Keshava Elite Projects (KEP Labs)As a Social Media & Creative Design Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, managing social media creatives, and supporting the branding and marketing initiatives of Keshava Elite Projects (KEP Labs). You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to build a strong digital presence for our AI, Robotics, SaaS, and EdTech products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Management- Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
- Research industry trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
Graphic Design & Poster Creation- Design professional posters, banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Create event posters, hiring posters, product launch creatives, and marketing banners.
- Develop infographics, presentation visuals, and branding assets.
- Ensure all creatives follow the company's branding guidelines.
Video Editing- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promotional videos.
- Add transitions, animations, subtitles, motion graphics, and background music.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms and audience engagement.
Branding & Marketing- Assist in building and maintaining the KEP brand identity.
- Create visual assets for websites, brochures, presentations, and product documentation.
- Support product marketing campaigns through creative content.
Content Development- Convert technical information into visually appealing graphics.
- Design educational and promotional content for AI, Robotics, STEM, SaaS, and Engineering products.
- Collaborate with content writers to produce high-quality digital content.
Creative Collaboration- Work closely with HR, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
- Support recruitment campaigns by designing hiring creatives.
- Create promotional content for workshops, events, internships, and product launches.
Performance & Quality- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Maintain high-quality design standards.
- Continuously improve creativity and design skills.
Required Skills- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

- Figma (Basic knowledge preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- After Effects (Basic knowledge preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
