We work closely with stakeholders, corporate partners, and government bodies to advocate for better road practices and save lives. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and multi-talented individual to join our Delhi team and help amplify our voice.
Role Overview
As the social media & Creative Content Associate, you will be the visual storyteller of our foundation. You will bridge the gap between our groundwork and our digital audience by creating compelling social media content, professional presentations for CSR outreach, and engaging newsletters for our donors and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management:
- Design high-quality graphics and short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for platforms like Instagram,
- LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
- Stay updated on social media trends to keep our cause relevant and viral.
• Presentation Design (PPT):
- Design professional and impactful PPT decks for CSR pitches, stakeholder meetings, and annual reports.
- Translate complex data regarding road safety into easy-to-understand, visually appealing infographics.
• Newsletter:
- Design and curate monthly/quarterly newsletters to update our supporters on our progress and impact.
• Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all visual communication aligns with the Proactive Foundation’s mission and brand guidelines.
Requirements & Skills
• Experience: Experience in graphic design, social media management, or a similar creative role.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Presentations: Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Mindset: A passion for social causes, particularly road safety and community welfare.
• Location: Must be willing to work on-site from our Delhi office.
