Muses Consulting Studio is a growth marketing agency based in the US, working with fast-growing brands across consumer tech. We design and execute high-volume UGC and influencer campaigns that connect our client brands with their consumers authentically, both online and offline.
We’ve partnered with brands like Gamma, Granola, Emergent Warner Bros. Discovery and Comcast and more; and we’re now evolving Muses into its next creative chapter.
The Opportunity
We run creator programs for tech companies: recruiting creators, writing their daily briefs, and optimising every single video based on what the data tells us. We need a content strategist who can writing 30-50 creator scripts per day, analysing what performed and why, making real-time calls on what to double down on and what to cut. This role is part copywriter, part analyst, part creative director, and fully relentless. We've scaled campaigns from zero to viral breakout videos in under 3 weeks, and the content strategy is the engine behind that."
What You'll Do:
- Write high-performing TikTok & Instagram scripts at scale
- Identify winning ad concepts, hooks, and content frameworks
- Repurpose and adapt successful formats across brands
- Use trend, pop culture, and platform + competitor research to develop fresh angles
- Review daily performance data with the Campaign Manager and iterate accordingly
- Contribute to community engagement (commenting, social listening, creator outreach, etc.)
- Pitch ideas proactively and support other creative and strategic needs across the company
Who You Are
- You have 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or copywriting, ideally somewhere you were responsible for output AND results.
- You're natively fluent in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; you understand hooks, pacing, and trends.
- You're analytical: you look at view counts, retention curves, and engagement rates and can articulate why one video worked and another didn't.
- You're fast. You want to be at a company where your ideas go live the same day and you can see the results by tomorrow morning.
