Work Location & Policy
Office Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Work Mode: Full-time – Work From Office Only

Role Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will manage posting, backend operations, community engagement, and reporting for multiple industrial and real-estate brand accounts.
This role focuses on execution discipline and coordination, not creative design.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Publishing & Scheduling
• Schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ensure posting consistency as per content calendar
• Maintain correct captions, hashtags, and tagging
Community Management
• Reply to comments and messages as per brand tone
• Coordinate with client teams for query responses
• Track important leads or enquiries
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare monthly social media reports
• Track engagement, reach, and top-performing creatives
• Share insights with strategist and account manager
Coordination
• Collect content approvals from clients
• Maintain asset library (logos, product photos, brand guidelines)
• Coordinate with designers and video team for deadlines
Quality Control
• Check spelling, branding, and formatting before posting
• Ensure correct company information and links
Required Experience
• 1–2 years managing social media accounts
• Experience with LinkedIn & Instagram business pages
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of analytics
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in agency environment
• Understanding of B2B or industrial brands
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer etc.)
• Good written English
