Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Coordinator role with options of remote work/freelance association, The Social Media Coordinator will manage daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others relevant to the brand. The role involves scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and supporting community-building initiatives. The coordinator will track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be required to align content with campaigns, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts, captions, and basic copy.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including familiarity with platform algorithms, paid promotions, and basic analytics tools.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with online communities, team members, and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of visual content principles and comfort working with designers or simple design tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a social media, marketing, or content-related role is an advantage; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Brands market and local audience preferences will be considered a plus.
