Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms aligned with the company’s brand and marketing goals. The coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor platform activity, respond to comments and messages, and help maintain a consistent brand voice. They will collaborate with marketing and design teams to support campaigns, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements based on analytics. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to help strengthen TCB Infotech’s digital presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate messaging.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and broader Digital Marketing concepts, including audience targeting, campaign support, and basic analytics.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and online audiences.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube) and basic use of scheduling and analytics tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B marketing is an advantage, as is interest in ERP and AI-driven solutions.
