Position Title & Job Description
Social Media Co Ordinator – Video & Photographer
- Manage, update, and maintain all official social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Conceptualize creative content ideas and execute in-house reel and video shoots.
- Coordinate closely with the Research & Development (R&D) department for product, sample, and process-based reel shoots.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, factory processes, events, and corporate activities.
- Create, edit, and post engaging content aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and communication strategy.
- Stay updated on latest social media trends, platform features, hashtags, and reel formats to improve reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments for content planning, approvals, and posting schedules.
- Monitor page performance, audience engagement, and prepare basic analytics and performance reports.
- Support basic graphic designing and video editing for reels, posts, stories, and promotional content (preferred).
- Ensure timely posting, consistency in content, and brand image across all platforms.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content formats
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills.
- Creativity in content creation.
- Knowledge of current social media trends.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) preferred.
