Key responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day social media content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
* Plan and execute posts, Reels, Stories and carousels
* Assist with content ideation and scripting
* Shoot phone-based Reels and handle editing, including Edits
* Create clean, professional creatives and carousels on Canva
* Upload and publish content across platforms
* Manage comments, DMs and basic DM automation
* Coordinate collaborations and content requirements
* Maintain the content calendar, scheduling and posting workflow
* Track basic content performance/analytics
* Work closely with Nupur Gulati on the overall content and media strategy
Skills/requirements we had established: strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content; good Canva skills; ability to shoot and edit Reels; good written communication and attention to detail; comfortable working in a fast-moving nutrition/wellness content environment. Meta Ads, social-media automation and YouTube experience were advantages, but not mandatory.
