Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Social Media Coordinator based in Chandigarh, India. The Social Media Manager will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engagement. This includes planning and scheduling content, optimizing social media campaigns, creating and curating posts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on social media trends. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in Content Strategy and creating effective, engaging content for various platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and implement data-driven strategies
- Proficiency with social media management tools and platforms
- Knowledge of branding and audience engagement techniques
- Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
