Role Description — Social Media Lead (Lumeia)
The Social Media Lead will be responsible for owning and growing the digital presence of client brands managed by Lumeia, including an emerging B2B lifestyle brand and a premium nightclub in Hyderabad. This role combines strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking to drive brand visibility, engagement, and real-world business outcomes.
You will translate brand positioning into compelling social content, manage platforms end-to-end, and create campaigns that connect online activity with audience growth, footfall, and market credibility. The role requires someone equally comfortable handling high-energy nightlife storytelling and structured, professional B2B communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Plan and maintain content calendars across relevant platforms
• Create and oversee production of creatives, reels, and short-form content
• Manage publishing schedules, community engagement, and page hygiene
• Track performance metrics and optimise content for reach and engagement
• Conceptualise campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives
• Capture and manage live content during events and activations (including evenings/weekends when required)
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, designers, and internal teams
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing brand social media accounts
• Strong portfolio showcasing content, campaigns, or pages handled
• Understanding of both lifestyle/consumer branding and professional B2B communication
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Hyderabad’s lifestyle and influencer ecosystem is preferred
