solutions. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join us in innovative and real-time journey of growth. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with
at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and performance
tracking.
Good English communication skills are mandatory for this role. (Fresher can also apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Create engaging captions, posts, and campaign ideas
- Monitor trends and implement relevant strategies to boost reach and engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content creation
- Stay updated with social media tools, algorithms, and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute campaigns independently
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge
- Familiarity with branding and digital marketing strategies
