Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Executive will strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal audience engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) practices, and collaborating with internal teams to meet brand objectives. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to achieve targeted results.

- Experience in making impactful and professional Presentations
- Strong Customer Service and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Account Management and maintaining professional relationships
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to drive engagement and growth
- Proficiency in Media Planning to design and manage impactful campaigns
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills for content creation and audience engagement
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in social media tools and platforms is a plus
