Role Description
We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Executive who can manage our social media presence end-to-end. This role requires someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends instinctively, being on-camera for reels and can turn ideas into engaging, high-performing content.
CTC -15K/ Month
Level - Executive Tier
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Shoot and produce short-form and long-form videos.
● Be the face of the brand in the videos.
● Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and guidelines.
● Support in planning and executing the monthly content calendar.
● Suggest fresh ideas, creative concepts, and innovative content styles
What you will learn
● End-to-end content creation (ideation → shoot → edit → publish).
● Social media strategy and brand communication.
● Real-world exposure to digital marketing campaigns.
● How to analyze performance metrics and optimize content.
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
● Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
● Strong eye for content, aesthetics, and storytelling
● Experience creating content for college projects, personal social media, or other platforms.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
