Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and strategically minded Social Media Coordinator to manage our brand presence, maintain platform operations, and drive engagement across our key digital networks.
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will oversee the distribution, scheduling, and channel management for our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Your focus will be managing the editorial pipeline, orchestrating cross-channel publishing, engaging with candidate and client communities, and optimizing campaign performance to support our recruiting and sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy & Calendar Management: Build, organize, and execute the master social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting cadence across all active networks.
- Content Distribution & Publishing: Oversee cross-platform content publishing, ensuring proper link tracking, tagged accounts, targeted groups, and accurate scheduling.
- Community & Candidate Management: Monitor incoming comments, direct messages, and inquiries from job seekers and corporate clients, routing inquiries to the appropriate recruiting or sales teams.
- Employer Brand Positioning: Align social messaging with recruitment goals, highlighting open positions, company milestones, client partnerships, and industry hiring developments.
- Target Audience Engagement: Proactively engage with industry groups, candidate networks, partner accounts, and client pages on LinkedIn and Facebook to build network reach.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track key channel metrics (reach, impressions, click-through rates, lead generation, and applicant conversions) and report insights to marketing leadership.
- Process Optimization: Establish efficient content workflows between the recruitment team, sales department, and marketing leadership to ensure timely coverage of priority job openings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media coordination, channel management, or digital marketing within a staffing agency, corporate recruitment team, HR organization, or B2B environment.
- Platform Management Expertise: Deep operational understanding of publishing, audience targeting, and analytics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Project Management & Organization: Excellent organizational skills with experience managing content calendars, project management boards, and publishing queues.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate raw data into actionable channel improvements.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interface with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and prospective candidates.
