Hiring: Social Media Team

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skills)

Job Description
- Create content for the brand (reels, short-form videos)
- Shoot and create engaging video content regularly
- Create high-quality, scroll-stopping static posts
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all content
- Convert ideas into simple, engaging visuals
- Balance aesthetic + informational content
Qualifications
- Comfortable and confident on camera (non-negotiable)
- Prior experience creating content (personal or brand page)
- Basic design skills (Canva / Figma)
- Understanding of Instagram trends & short-form content
- Good aesthetic sense (brand-aligned)
- Consistent and able to execute quickly
