We’re hiring a Social Media Manager & Content Strategist at Cranberry.
And no, this is not a “post 3 creatives a week” role.
We’re looking for someone who can understand businesses deeply, think strategically, simplify complex ideas, and build strong B2B brands through content.
A lot of our clients are:
* SaaS companies
* Engineering/manufacturing businesses
* AI & tech companies
* B2B service businesses
* Overseas-focused brands
So if your idea of content is only trendy reels and generic captions, this probably won’t be the right fit.
What you’ll actually be doing:
* Understanding the client’s business, positioning, audience, and goals
* Turning technical/complex concepts into clear, engaging business communication
* Creating LinkedIn-first content strategies for B2B brands
* Planning content calendars, campaigns, hooks, thought leadership, and storytelling angles
* Writing:
* LinkedIn posts
* Social media copy
* Case studies
* Website content
* Founder-led content
* Video directions/scripts
* Working closely with designers, editors, marketers, and founders
* Reviewing what’s working, what’s not, and improving strategy continuously
* Researching competitors, trends, buyer psychology, and global communication styles
You’ll fit well if you:
* Can understand business problems, not just “content”
* Can simplify technical topics without making them boring
* Know how B2B communication differs from consumer content
* Can write confidently in professional English
* Understand LinkedIn content deeply
* Can think strategically, not just execute tasks
* Can communicate well with overseas clients and founders
Bonus points if you:
* Have worked with SaaS, tech, AI, engineering, or manufacturing brands
* Have agency experience
* Understand branding + marketing psychology
* Use AI tools smartly in your workflow
* Understand SEO/content marketing basics
Tools you may use:
LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Notion/Trello/ClickUp, Google Workspace, Canva/Figma, AI research tools, etc.
This role is for someone who wants to:

Location: Pune preferred
