Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media & Content Specialist based in Jaipur. The specialist will manage and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and ensure a strong online presence across platforms. Daily tasks include content ideation, copywriting, scheduling posts, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity. The role also involves staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media to maximize engagement and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to craft and manage impactful digital campaigns
- Experience in Digital Marketing and broader Marketing practices to drive engagement and brand growth
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, to convey brand messages effectively
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail to design compelling content that resonates with the target audience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or accessories brands is a plus
