Job Title: Social Media, Content & Research Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can blend content creation with research-driven insights to support our marketing efforts. This role is crucial in shaping narratives for our uniquely themed townships across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on real estate trends, competitors, and audience behaviour
- Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, and marketing materials
- Develop storytelling concepts based on township themes and target audiences
- Support social media managers with content ideas and strategy inputs
- Create engaging written content (captions, blogs, scripts, presentations)
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable content ideas
Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in content, research, or digital marketing
- Strong writing and analytical skills
