Job details:
Aatvi AI (https://aatvi.ai/en) is building an AI-native ERP platform — software that doesn't just store enterprise data but reasons over it. The market for AI-embedded ERP is growing fast, with enterprise modernisation accelerating across every vertical.
We need someone to make Aatvi AI's voice unmistakable in English-language markets — with LinkedIn as the primary channel, and selective presence on X and Instagram. Not a content machine. A person who understands why certain ideas spread and others don't — and who can write in a way that makes enterprise buyers stop scrolling.

What's real about working here
- You'll report directly to the founder. There is no marketing department, no middle management, no approval chain. That's both a freedom and a responsibility.
- We're early. The social presence you build will be the first impression thousands of potential customers have of Aatvi AI. You won't be starting from a blank page — there's a live multilingual website, an insights section, a whitepaper, and a working demo flow to draw from. That's high-leverage work, and it will be visible.
- We'll be honest with you about what's working and what isn't. We expect the same.
- Remote work. The pay is weekly. The hours are flexible. The work is asynchronous — we default to written communication over calls.
- We're early enough that the founding team isn't complete yet. People who start as contractors and prove they can shape the direction — not just execute — have a real path here: from contractor to equity holder to partner. That progression has to be earned, not promised, but the door is genuinely open. The people who help build Aatvi AI's brand in its first year will be recognized in proportion to their impact, including ownership. Any such arrangement would be role-specific and formalized separately.

What this actually involves
Creating content that earns attention (60% of your time)
You'll write and publish 12-15 posts per week. That sounds like a lot, but one good long-form piece becomes a carousel, three text posts, two short videos, and a quote card. The skill is in the extraction, not the volume.
- Write original copy. We want content that sounds like it was born in that language — with the right idioms, the right cultural references, the right tone.
- Design visual assets in Canva. Carousels, infographics, data visualizations. Not playful. Not corporate. Somewhere in between.
- Produce short-form video. Phone-shot is fine. A 45-second insight from a real person outperforms a polished brand video almost every time.
- Manage the content calendar and scheduling pipeline.
Thinking about why things work (25%)
This is what separates a social media specialist from a social media scheduler. We expect you to study:
- Marketing psychology. Concepts like the mere exposure effect or loss aversion — not as buzzwords, but as tools you actually deploy in how you structure a post or sequence a content series.
- Platform algorithms. What LinkedIn rewards in March 2026 is different from what it rewarded in 2024. You should know the difference, and adjust without being told.
- Competitor behavior. What other AI-ERP startups are doing on social — and where they're leaving gaps.
- Micro-influencer landscape. Who has the ear of our buyers in your language market?
Measuring what matters (15%)
Every link you post carries UTM parameters. Every Friday, you submit a structured report: what you published, what performed, what didn't, and why. We track impressions, engagement rate, click-throughs, follower growth, and — most importantly — website visits and form submissions that can be attributed to your work.
We don't count likes as success. We count whether the right people are paying attention.

What we're looking for
Required:
- Fluent in professional English
- A body of work you can show us. Doesn't have to be for a brand — a personal account with clear voice and consistent quality counts. We're evaluating taste and craft, not logos.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn. According to CMI's 2025 B2B benchmarks, 85% of B2B marketers rate it as the social platform delivering the best value. If you don't understand how it works in 2026, the rest doesn't matter.
- Canva proficiency (or equivalent). You'll create visuals daily.
- Familiarity with at least one scheduling tool (Buffer, Metricool, Hootsuite).
- Comfort with AI tools for research and drafting. We use them. You should too.
- Reliable internet. This is non-negotiable for remote work.
Valuable but not required:
- Experience marketing B2B, SaaS, or technical products
- Video editing (CapCut, Descript)
- SEO awareness
- Background in psychology, behavioral economics, or communications theory
- Experience building an audience from zero
What we'll notice in your application:
- Whether your writing has a distinct voice or sounds like everyone else
- Whether you can explain the thinking behind your work, not just the output
- Whether you've done any research on Aatvi AI before applying
- Whether you bring ideas unprompted
---
What you'll actually get out of this
We won't pretend that remote contract work is a life-changing career opportunity. But it is a chance to do genuinely interesting work:
- Build a multilingual social presence for an AI product from the ground up. That's a portfolio piece most people don't get.
- Apply marketing psychology to real campaigns with real metrics, not classroom exercises.
- Work directly with a founder on brand positioning. You'll see how strategic decisions get made, not just how they get executed.
- Develop a working fluency with AI tools in a professional context — a skill that compounds.

How to apply
Email careers@aatvi.ai with:
- Your name and LinkedIn profile
- Examples of content you've created — links, screenshots, or a PDF. We care about quality, not quantity. Three strong pieces tell us more than thirty average ones.
- A 2-minute video (phone quality) or a one-page written plan answering: "How would you build Aatvi AI's social presence in your market from zero? Walk us through your first month."
- Your weekly rate and available hours
- Pick one article from aatvi.ai/insights and show us how you'd turn it into a LinkedIn post — include the copy and explain your reasoning
We don't need a cover letter or a formal application. We're reading the work, watching the video, and evaluating the thinking.
---
Process
Applications are reviewed continuously. If there's a fit, we'll schedule a 20-30 minute video call with the founder, followed by a paid one-week trial. You'll create a week of content for Aatvi AI — real work, real feedback, real pay. We make a decision within 48 hours of the trial.
We welcome applicants of all backgrounds. If you need any adjustments to the application process to make it accessible for you, let us know.
