PNK Foreign Study is a premium study-abroad consultancy (est. 1981) helping students and their families navigate international education.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on social media professional to lead our content marketing efforts and drive PNK's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This is a role for someone who can think strategically about growth and also pick up a camera and shoot the content themselves.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead the overall social media marketing strategy across all platforms
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, behind-the-scenes, student stories, etc.)
- Record voiceovers for video content when needed
- Design static and carousel posts (Canva or similar tools)
- Track and report on marketing content performance across all social platforms — maintaining a consolidated content/performance tracker
- Build and manage a content calendar balancing educational/authority content with relatable, engagement-driven formats
- Collaborate with the admissions and operations teams to source stories, testimonials, and campaign material
- Stay on top of platform trends (especially Instagram Reels) and adapt PNK's content style accordingly
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (agency, ed-tech, or consumer brand experience is a plus)
- Comfortable being on camera or directing simple video shoots — smartphone videography skills are enough, we're not looking for a professional cinematographer
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Canva (brand kits, templates, resizing for different platforms)
- Strong writing skills — able to write captions, scripts, and voiceover copy
- A self-starter who can take ownership of strategy, not just execution
- Bonus: interest in international education, study-abroad, or working with teens/young adults
