Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Executive. The responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and posting engaging content across Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook, managing and growing social media pages, curating and planning content calendars, managing brand communication, and monitoring performance metrics. The candidate will also identify and connect with relevant influencers for collaborations and campaigns. They will work closely with the founder and creative team to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing in English and Hindi
- Experience in creating and executing effective Content Strategies
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus
