Role Description
We’re looking for a high-agency intern who can take ownership of our social media presence end-to-end: from ideation to execution.
This is not a “posting” role.
This is a creator + strategist + executor role.
You’ll work closely with the core team to build FAREL’s digital presence across platforms using AI, content systems, and performance thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage content across:
- Instagram
- Facebook (Meta)
- X (Twitter)
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
Write high-converting, platform-specific copy
- Build and maintain a content calendar (weekly/monthly)
- Execute end-to-end content production:
- Ideation → Script → Design/Edit → Publish
Edit:
- Short-form videos (Reels/Shorts)
- Static creatives (posts, carousels)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to:
- Generate ideas
- Speed up production
- Improve quality
- Track basic performance metrics & iterate content

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for performance marketing and exploring AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Interest in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
