About Proto360: Proto360 is a wellness brand built for urban Indians who want to feel better — without making health a whole project. We're in our pre-launch phase and building everything from scratch: product, brand, community, and content. You'd be joining at the very beginning.
About the role: We're looking for a content creator interns who lives and breathes the internet — someone who catches trends early, creates content independently, writes hooks that stop the scroll, and has no hesitation sliding into a creator's DMs professionally. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll be shaping how Proto360 shows up online from day one.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and execute short-form content for Instagram and other platforms
- Write scripts and hooks for reels, stories, and video content
- Identify and act on moment marketing opportunities quickly
- Research and reach out to relevant influencers and micro-creators
- Build and maintain a weekly content calendar aligned with brand voice
- Go on camera (demos, POV, brand storytelling)
- Shoot and edit phone-based content independently (if skilled)
- Track what's working and bring new ideas consistently
Requirements
- Strong social media instinct - you notice trends before they peak
- Excellent writing skills, especially for hooks, captions, and short scripts
- Confident communicator - comfortable approaching creators, brands, and strangers online
- High energy, extroverted, and self-driven
- Comfortable being on camera
- Can generate ideas in volume, not just one polished concept
- Understands what it means to talk about food, health, and everyday routines without sounding like an ad
- Available to work from South West Delhi, Mon-Fri
Good to have
- Phone shooting and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Prior content creation experience — personal or professional
- Basic understanding of Instagram SEO and caption optimization
- Has a small personal following or has made content independently before
