Role Description:
This is a remote internship role focused on social media management, content writing, and digital storytelling. You will support our brand across platforms by writing thoughtful copy, planning content calendars, creating engaging posts, assisting with community interactions, and contributing to brand-building ideas and campaign development.
Structure: Remote, flexible, long-term
Stipend: The first three months are focused on orientation, training, and skill-building; the stipend begins from Month 4 - however, it may begin earlier based on performance and skill level.
Workload: 15–25 hrs/week (no deliverables during exams; stipend continues)
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning, structuring, and organizing the social media calendar
- Write copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and marketing assets (posts, reels, stories, emailers)
- Research trends, competitor content, and consumer insights
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life
- Help strategize content themes, posting cadence, and optimization
- Support in community engagement (DMs, comments, story interactions)
- Assist with campaign planning, idea decks, and brand storytelling
What You’ll Learn
By the end of this internship, you’ll have hands-on experience in:
- End-to-end social media management and content strategy for a Premium D2C brand
- Crafting brand-aligned content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website)
- Writing engaging short-form and long-form content that converts
- Analysing social insights and using them for data-backed storytelling
- Coordinating cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
- Understanding community engagement, brand tonality, and campaign structuring
- Real-world understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and audience behaviour
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong command of English and creative writing
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content formats
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into crisp, engaging communication
- Awareness of trending formats, meme culture, and storytelling patterns
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of branding or consumer psychology
- Experience with content tools (Notion, Trello, Google Workspace)
- Basic design skills (Canva/Figma)
- Interest in sustainability, beauty, wellness, or botanical ingredients
