Role Description -

What You’ll Actually Do -
• Shoot Reels / Shorts with the team (yes, real shoots — not just Canva posts)
• Come up with crazy, scroll-stopping content ideas
• Turn ideas into content → shoot → edit → post → repeat
• Experiment with hooks, trends, storytelling formats
• Work on influencer collabs & creator partnerships
• Help us make content that people save, share, and binge
What We Care About -
• You think: “Ye viral kyun hoga?” not just “Ye post kar dete hain”
• You understand how content grows pages
• You’re obsessed with:
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Trends & memes
• You can:
• Edit videos (CapCut / Premiere / VN — anything works)
• Design basic creatives
• You’re okay being part of shoots + on-ground work
You’ll Love This If -
