Role Description The Social Media & Content Intern will support the marketing team in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms and digital channels. This full-time hybrid role is based in Dadra & Nagar Haveli, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating social media posts, assisting with content calendars, drafting copy for campaigns, and repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form updates. The intern will help monitor social media performance, track basic analytics, and contribute ideas to improve audience engagement and brand awareness. Additional tasks may include coordinating with designers, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and staying informed about AI, technology, and industry trends to keep content relevant.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and align content with brand goals.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for professional online and internal interactions.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X), basic analytics tools, and content scheduling applications is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in AI, technology, and business transformation, with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to feedback.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
