Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented intern who can create content and scale our Instagram & YouTube presence. This role combines content creation, design, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Posts & Stories and YouTube Shorts/Videos
- Design creatives using Canva (posts, carousels, thumbnails, story creatives)
- Plan and execute a weekly content calendar
- Write captions, hooks, and hashtags
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.
- Research trends in kids learning & educational content
- Optimize content for reach, retention, and engagement
- Track performance and suggest improvements
Requirements- Hands-on experience with Canva (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth
- Interest in kids education / early learning content
- Basic video editing skills
- Creative mindset with good design sense
- Good written communication (English/Hindi)
- Self-driven and consistent
Good to Have- Experience managing social media pages
- Knowledge of phonics / kids learning
- Understanding of branding and visual consistency
