We are a fast-growing kids learning platform focused on making early education fun, engaging, and accessible through digital content (phonics, Hindi varnmala, foundational learning).

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented intern who can create content and scale our Instagram & YouTube presence. This role combines content creation, design, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Posts & Stories and YouTube Shorts/Videos
• Design creatives using Canva (posts, carousels, thumbnails, story creatives)
• Plan and execute a weekly content calendar
• Write captions, hooks, and hashtags
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.
• Research trends in kids learning & educational content
• Optimize content for reach, retention, and engagement
• Track performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Canva (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth
• Interest in kids education / early learning content
• Basic video editing skills
• Creative mindset with good design sense
• Good written communication (English/Hindi)
• Self-driven and consistent

Good to Have

• Experience managing social media pages
• Knowledge of phonics / kids learning
• Understanding of branding and visual consistency
