About the InternshipThis is not a typical social media internship.
You will work directly with the founder and core team to grow a trading-focused content brand across Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Your role is not just to post content, but to understand what works, why it works, and how to scale it.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)- Plan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X) & YouTube
- Create simple, high-quality posts using Canva (carousels, reels covers, story content)
- Coordinate with video editors/designers to execute content ideas
- Track performance of posts, reels, and campaigns (views, saves, engagement, growth)
- Suggest improvements based on data, not guesswork
- Research trends, viral formats, hooks, and content angles daily
- Engage with the audience via comments, DMs, and stories to build community
- Suggest ideas for reels, shorts, and videos based on what’s working
What We’re Looking ForCore Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Basic Canva skills (clean, simple design > fancy design)
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions
- Good communication and coordination skills
Mindset (More Important Than Skills)
- You notice trends before others do
- You think in terms of “what will go viral / what will get saved”
- You take initiative instead of waiting for instructions
- You’re curious about content, growth, and audience psychology
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)- Interest in finance, trading, or markets
- Experience managing any page (even personal/college projects)
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, or analytics dashboards
Who Should Apply- Students or recent graduates interested in content, marketing, or social media
- Someone who actively consumes reels/shorts and understands why some content works
- Candidates who can show examples of content they’ve created or managed
Who Should NOT Apply- If you only want to “post and log off”
- If you’re not interested in analyzing performance or improving content
- If you’re not active on social media yourself
Internship Details- Type: Paid Full-time (In-office)
