Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor. The role involves managing and creating content for social media platforms, producing and editing videos, developing creative concepts, and executing campaigns to enhance audience engagement. Responsibilities include writing engaging captions, managing the publishing calendar, analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with team members to align content with the overall branding and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong experience in creating and managing content across diverse social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Skills in creative concept development, storytelling, and branding
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site work environment
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics to drive strategy
- Experience with business or educational content creation is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred
We are looking for a candidate who can think creatively and deliver engaging social media content—someone who can conceptualize, create, and edit effectively.
2-3 Years Experience is must.
