Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who can handle multiple client accounts efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for managing up to 15-20 clients per month, ensuring high-quality content planning, execution, and growth strategies across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and handle 15-20 client accounts monthly across different industries
- Create monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s goals and brand identity
- Coordinate with clients to get approvals on content plans and posts
- Assign tasks to the Graphic Design Team based on approved content calendars
- Review creatives to ensure:
- Alignment with content and brand messaging
- Correct spelling and grammar
- Proper use of brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo size, etc.)
- Conduct internal quality checks before sharing creatives with clients
- Present designs to clients in meetings and incorporate feedback if required
- Schedule and publish approved posts across social media platforms
- Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports for clients
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
- Continuously optimize content based on performance insights
Requirements- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably handling multiple clients
- Strong expertise in creating content calendars for corporate and international clients
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail in content and design review
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently
- Basic understanding of design principles and branding
