Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Social Media Marketer who understands how to build and grow modern brands on Instagram — not just post content.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow Instagram for both Womaara & SJ Sangath
- Plan and execute Reels, carousels, and trend-led content
- Work closely with the founder on content ideas, hooks, and storytelling
- Coordinate with influencers for content and collaborations
- Shoot basic content and manage on-ground execution (when required)
- Edit videos and create posts (Reels, carousels, statics)
- Track performance and optimize content based on insights
Who You Are- 1–2 years experience in social media (D2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, and virality
- Hands-on with editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Inshot etc.)
- Good eye for content, storytelling, and brand tone
- Execution-focused and quick with ideas
Bonus- Experience in wellness / community-led brands
- Understanding of what content drives engagement and conversions
