Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will create engaging and impactful content for various social media platforms, develop and execute social media strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging, researching trends to create timely content, and ensuring consistency in voice and style across all channels. The role also involves active community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering audience relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation, Creative Writing, and Copywriting
- Proficiency in Graphic Design tools, Video Editing, and related software
- Strong skills in Branding, Content Strategy, and Campaign Planning
- Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights
- Familiarity with emerging trends in digital marketing and social platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with social media campaigns in a digital marketing agency is a plus
