Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Content Creator for our on-site team in Delhi, India. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms. Key tasks include developing campaign ideas, producing visually appealing graphics and videos, managing community interactions, analyzing social media performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with trends. Collaboration with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and ensure consistent voice will also be a significant part of the role.
Qualifications
- Content Creation and Writing: Experience in crafting engaging social media content, copywriting, and storytelling.
- Graphic and Media Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools to create compelling visual content.
- Social Media Strategy: Familiarity with managing profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as knowledge of algorithm trends and social media best practices.
- Analytics and Optimization: Ability to track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, with a focus on improving engagement and reach.
- Onsite Shoot and edit reels, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional content.
- Creativity and Adaptability: A flair for innovative ideas and the ability to adapt to changing trends in the digital landscape.
- Prior experience with beauty, skincare, or consumer products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
