Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will strategize, design, and produce engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Your responsibilities will involve managing social media calendars, creating multimedia content, monitoring audience engagement metrics, and staying updated on trends to develop impactful strategies for increased brand awareness. You will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating and curating content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement metrics
- Proficiency in design software and video editing tools for creating multimedia content
- Strong skills in copywriting and visual storytelling aligned with brand voice
- Understanding of digital marketing and emerging social media trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- An analytical mindset to measure and track social media performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry is a plus
