Role Summary
We are looking for a sharp, culturally fluent social media content creator to help shape our voice across social platforms from day one. You'll work directly under senior leadership to build a social presence that resonates with students, educators, parents, and lifelong learners. This is a rare opportunity to help define a brand's social identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll own the day to day creation of social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and emerging platforms, turning briefs into scroll stopping posts, reels, carousels, and short form video.
- You'll write copy that sounds human, not corporate, adapting tone for a 22 year old final year student weighing career options just as easily as for a 26 year old working professional considering an upskilling program or thinking to start its own venture.
- Beyond posting, you'll track trends in the education, career, and creator space, pitch original content ideas in weekly brainstorms, coordinate with designers, video editors, or student ambassadors (think campus influencers, recent grads, and young professionals our audience already follows).
- Use analytics to understand what's working and iterate quickly.
- You'll also support community management, responding to comments and DMs in a way that builds genuine connection with college students, fresh graduates, and early career learners navigating big decisions about their future.
Who You Are
- 1 to 4 years of hands on social media content creation experience, ideally with a brand, agency, or media company [We love seeing college involvement clubs, E-Cells, fest marketing teams, student run handles and we'll definitely ask about it in interviews, but it doesn't count toward the years of experience requirement]
- Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to switch between Gen Z casual and professional B2B
- Working knowledge of Canva, Figma basics, and at least one social scheduling tool
- Comfort reading analytics dashboards and translating numbers into next steps
- Genuine curiosity about education, learning, and how young people consume content online
