About the Role
Vaidam Health is looking for a passionate social media executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn and gain hands-on experience in managing brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns, etc.)
Generate innovative ideas to improve reach and audience interaction
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement them effectively
Collaborate with internal teams for content and campaign planning
Requirements
Candidate should be from a healthcare background; it is a plus
Basic understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies.
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling.
Good communication and writing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Canva or basic editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior internship experience in social media or content creation.
Knowledge of video formats, reels, and meme trends.
Interest in healthcare, wellness, or digital marketing industries.
