About the RoleWe’re hiring a high-energy, creative Social Media Content Creator to build and scale a personal brand in the SAP coaching space. This role is not just about posting content—you’ll be responsible for capturing, creating, and amplifying content across all platforms to drive massive growth.
What You’ll Do- Shoot and create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Edit videos quickly with strong hooks, captions, and storytelling
- Record and edit full-length classes, then repurpose them for YouTube and other platforms
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Turn everyday moments, classes, and events into viral content
- Collaborate closely with the coach and team to plan and execute content ideas
- Shoot outdoor events, meetups, and behind-the-scenes content
- Stay on top of trends and actively experiment with new content formats
Who You Are- Extremely extroverted and confident on-ground and with people
- Comfortable shooting in public, at events, and in dynamic environments
- Skilled in mobile and/or camera-based video shooting
- Strong editing skills (fast turnaround is key)
- Obsessed with social media growth and content performance
- A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions—brings ideas proactively
Must-Have Skills- Reel/Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Content ideation & storytelling
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms
- Multi-platform content publishing
Bonus Points- Experience growing a personal brand
- Knowledge of educational/online coaching content
- Thumbnail creation & YouTube optimization
