Job Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager cum Content Creator who can manage social media accounts for Pentar Studio and client brands, while also actively contributing to content ideation, reels creation, and execution.
This role requires someone who understands content, trends, and audience behavior, and can turn ideas into engaging posts that perform in the real market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for Pentar Studio and multiple client brands
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars based on brand goals
- Generate content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, and campaigns
- Conceptualize and coordinate reels and short-form video content
- Participate in shoots, scripting, and content planning when required
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and content copies
- Stay updated with latest trends, formats, and platform changes
- Conduct competitor and market research to improve content strategy
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for execution
- Act as a point of contact for clients for content planning and approvals
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication
- Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and growth
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Ensure timely posting, execution, and delivery of content
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media platforms
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Ability to think creatively and generate engaging content ideas
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of reels, editing, and content formats
- Familiarity with tools like Instagram Insights, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Understanding of trends, audience behavior, and content performance
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
