We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently handle 6–10 architecture, interior and product brand accounts, while acting as an AI generalist to supercharge research, content creation, repurposing, and reporting for each client.
You will turn complex design work, projects, and products into consistent, high-quality social media stories that attract specifiers, HNIs and developers across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 6–10 client accounts (architects, interior studios, furniture, bath, surfaces, lighting, etc.) end-to-end: strategy, calendars, posting, and basic community management.
- Build monthly content calendars per brand: project features, behind-the-scenes, awards/press, product drops, education, trends, and campaign content.
- Use AI daily to:
- Research design trends, materials, brands, and references for content ideas.
- Draft hooks, captions, and reel scripts; refine them to match each studio’s voice.
- Repurpose one project (or article/press feature) into multiple post formats and platforms.
- Work as an “AI content journalist” for designers: convert raw inputs (WhatsApp photos, site videos, drawings, notes, PPTs) into polished carousels, reels, and case-study posts.
- Coordinate shoots and creative requirements with photographers, videographers and editors wherever needed; brief them clearly so content is “social-first”.
- Schedule and publish posts via Meta Business Suite / other tools, ensuring zero missed posts across all assigned brands.
- Monitor comments and DMs, respond as per brand guidelines, and flag potential leads or sensitive issues.
- Track weekly and monthly performance for each account, share insights and next steps (what to post more/less of, timing, formats).
- Test and document AI workflows (prompt sets, automation, templates) that help ONEDIGITAL scale execution across multiple brands.
AI Responsibilities (AI Generalist Layer)
- Maintain brand-specific prompt libraries (tone, vocab, audience, offers) for each client, especially architects and interior brands.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Perplexity/Claude, Canva AI, image/video AI) for:
- Topic & trend research in architecture, interiors and luxury home products.
- Caption/script first drafts, idea clusters, and content series.
- Generating visual references and moodboards to brief designers or clients.
- Build simple automations (using native schedulers, Zapier/Make where needed) for recurring tasks like first-draft captions, hashtag banks, and reporting snapshots.
- QA all AI outputs for factual accuracy (project details, specs, credits) and alignment with each studio’s design philosophy.
- Create short internal Looms/SOPs on “How to use AI for X” so other team members and clients can benefit.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of social media management experience, preferably with architecture, interiors, real estate, lifestyle or luxury brands.
- Strong visual eye for design, composition, and aesthetics; you can tell what looks “on-brand” for a high-end studio.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Hands-on with AI tools for daily work (research, copy, ideas, repurposing, basic visuals/video); curious to keep learning new tools.
- Strong writing skills: can take technical design language and convert it into simple, aspirational copy for social.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics (reach, saves, engagement, profile visits, website clicks) and how to act on them.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working inside calendars, trackers, Notion/Sheets.
