Role -
We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator who is part strategist, and a good storyteller. This is a key position where you will not only create high-quality content but also be responsible for the strategic vision behind it. You will blend creative writing with data-driven insights to develop and execute content strategies that achieve our clients' business goals. You'll have the creative freedom to brainstorm ideas and the strategic mindset to ensure they make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Content Production: Concept, shoot, and Ideate high-quality short-form videos (Reels), carousels, and static graphics.
- Copywriting: Write compelling captions and LinkedIn "thought-leadership" posts that resonate with industry professionals.
- Strategy & Planning: Manage a content calendar that aligns with our client's business goals and personal branding.
- Engagement: Monitor trends and community interactions to keep our clients at the forefront of industry conversations.
- Analytics: Track performance metrics to understand what works and pivot strategies based on data.
Who You Are- A Visual Storyteller: You have a keen eye for aesthetics and a portfolio that proves it.
- Platform Expert: You understand the nuances of LinkedIn (B2B) vs. Instagram/Facebook/Threads (B2C/Brand).
- Self-Starter: You don’t wait for ideas; you bring them to the table.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a "zero-typo" policy and a deep respect for brand consistency.
Qualifications- 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Proven track record of growing an audience or increasing engagement.
- Experience in Content Writing is a plus.
Salary Range- 22,000 to 27,000
