Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Mumbai. The role involves ideating, creating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms. You will develop strategies to increase audience engagement, analyse social media trends, collaborate with various teams to highlight brand values, and ensure a consistent voice and aesthetic across all channels. The ideal candidate will also monitor campaign performance and optimise content to enhance audience reach and interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling
- Experience in Social Media Management, including scheduling, strategising, and analytics reporting
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva or similar design platforms
- Familiarity with Social Media Analytics Tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or others
- Excellent understanding of trends across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to align content with brand identity and goals
- Experience in e-commerce or fashion is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field

The ideal person for this role will be a content creator comfortable creating their own content.
