Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Chennai. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, planning and executing social media campaigns, and analyzing the performance of content to optimize engagement. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring social media trends, collaboration with the marketing team, and interacting with the online community to build brand loyalty. The individual will also ensure consistency in brand messaging and representation across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and curating engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- Understanding of Social Media Strategy, Analytics, and Campaign Management
- Creative skills for visual storytelling, including photography, graphic design, or video editing
- Experience with Social Media Scheduling and Analytical Tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Staying updated on current social media trends, hashtag strategies, and platform algorithms
- Knowledge of branding elements and the ability to maintain consistency in tone and visual identity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Preferred: Experience in food, lifestyle, or related industries
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
